Meet Wes

Wes Collins has called Charlotte home for over 25 years, which practically makes him a native Charlottean at this point in his life. He knows the ins and out of the Queen City like the back of his hand, and his professionalism, extraordinary negotiation skills and tech-savvy marketing abilities set him apart as a licensed REALTOR®/Broker.

Wes began his professional journey as a high school history teacher, a role that honed his skills in education and consultation. He has successfully transferred these abilities to the real estate sector, where he tailors his services to meet the unique preferences and needs of his clients. With nearly a decade of experience, over 350 transactions, and sales exceeding $125 million, Wes continues to serve his clients diligently. He has a keen interest in construction and is dedicated to simplifying the transaction process and minimizing complications for everyone he represents.

Wes enjoys living in the lovely South Park area of Charlotte. In addition to his own neighborhood, he specializes in selling real estate in a variety of areas inside and outside of Charlotte, from NoDa, Plaza Midwood, Madison Park, down to Fort Mill, SC and up to the Lake Norman regions. His three children are the loves of his life: Charlotte (7), and two sons, Jackson (5) & Winston (3). When he isn’t selling real estate, he enjoys visiting new restaurants, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
